For more than 10 years I have been providing artist’s impressions from plans for property developers and estate agents, including Moore Allen & Innocent, Cathedral Homes, Wychwood Homes, Partridge Homes, and the Stroud & Swindon Building Society.

My artwork has been reproduced in illustrated brochures, on building site boards, in planning applications, and regularly appears in local newpapers and magazines in the Cotswolds property pages.

HOW IT WORKS
I can work from plans, elevations, and/or jpeg photos by email, if a site visit is not needed, or not feasible.  After an initial consultation either by phone or email, I will produce a ‘rough’ or outline shaded pencil sketch to suggest how the impression will look, and email it to you. When you have made alterations and we have agreed on all details, I will paint the final artwork, and email a photo of it in jpeg form. When you a re happy with it, the original artwork will be sent to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. I am used to working to deadlines, so try me!

PRICING
My pricing depends on the complexity of the brief, but I always quote in advance, and prices start from around £350 for say, a single substantial property. Line and watercolour site plans can be produced for brochures, again price depending on complexity.
